I'm Eva, and I run Evara Studio. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you visit evara.studio and its business, body and mind sections. The short version: I collect as little as possible, I don't run ads, and I never sell your data. Questions? info@evara.studio.

What I collect, and why

  • Anonymous analytics - only if you accept cookies. I use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and on what kind of device, so I can make the site better. It's aggregate and anonymous; I can't see who you are. Decline and no analytics runs at all.
  • Your email - if you join a list or send a project enquiry. I use it to reply to you and, if you signed up, to send the occasional update. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
  • What you write in a form - your name, budget, timeline and project description, if you fill in the enquiry form. It is emailed to me and used only to answer you.

Cookies

  • Essential - a small note of your cookie choice, stored in your own browser. It isn't tracking; it just stops me asking every visit.
  • Analytics - Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), loaded via Google Tag Manager. Neither Tag Manager nor Analytics is loaded at all until you press Accept - decline and the scripts are never added to the page. You can change your mind anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Who helps run things

A few trusted services help the site work. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google - Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Resend - sends emails and stores the mailing list.
  • Vercel - hosts the website.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete any personal data I hold, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe - just email info@evara.studio. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Keeping & changing this

I keep your email only as long as you want to hear from me - once you unsubscribe, it's gone. If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. This is a friendly, general summary, not legal advice.
